Due to the unique and curated nature of our inventory, all sales at HodgePodge Boutique & Resale are final.
Many of our items are resale, handmade, vintage, or vendor-owned, which means once an item leaves the store, it cannot be restocked or resold in the same condition.
Exchanges & Store Credit
At our discretion, we may offer store credit or an exchange under the following conditions:
Request is made within 7 days of purchase
Item is unused, unworn, unaltered, and in original condition
Original receipt or proof of purchase is provided
Item was purchased at regular price
No cash or card refunds are issued.
Approved returns are issued as store credit only.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:
Vendor booth items
Handmade or custom items
Clearance or sale items
Jewelry, accessories, or personal-use items
Items purchased “as-is”
Online purchases shipped to customers

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you believe an item was defective at the time of purchase, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and your receipt.
Each situation is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
